after a long stretch of creating conceptual art, from social commentary (sculptures), to beauty for beauty's sake (as in the wood series), my mobiles seemed like the next step in a natural progression. my ethereal mobile series joins my relatively recently acquired skills in glass with a childlike whimsy of kinetic sculpture. out of solid, can come light.
