| i began making these buttons about 4 years ago while i was living in a cooperative at college. due to my studies and the nature of my living situation, i found myself focusing on the issue of overconsumption of resources that occurs in this country. as a result, i was using mostly found objects as a means of creating art. my buttons are made with beer bottle caps and in small part are my way of recycling. |
